Sleepy Hollow: "The Sin Eater" Review

As we get about halfway through this first season of Sleepy Hollow, the show is still figuring out its strengths and weaknesses just like any other does. It's been a very pleasant surprise to have the leads and the tone of the show locked in right from the start, and as the weeks go by we're seeing the world expand with the mythology, overarching mysteries and new characters. The core is and hopefully always will be Abbie and Ichabod, but the introduction of Abbie's sister and Captain Irving's faltering skepticism are opening up some intriguing avenues for the story. Still, there will always be growing pains for a show, and Sleepy Hollow is no exception.
