Even ignoring the concept of Earth being invaded by the Crime Syndicate and the Justice League vanishing, there's plenty of enjoyment to be had from a comic about Lex Luthor recruiting the world's greatest villains to form one epic team of villainy, especially when Geoff Johns is at the helm. That's exactly what Forever Evil #3 focuses on. It's another entertaining installment of this series, though the overall momentum of the event is starting to feel sluggish.
