Under the Dome: "Speak of the Devil" Review Sep 3rd 2013, 03:55, by Matt Fowler Warning: Full spoilers for the episode follow... The first half, or three-fourths even, of tonight's Under the Dome was mostly typical Dome stuff. Julia getting shot was a nice jolt at the beginning, but then the episode dissolved into its usual nonsense. Flat, lifeless dialogue with no traces of humor or cleverness. Characters being awkwardly shifted into different positions on the series chess board. Angie and Junior stinking up the screen as TV's most un-watchable un-couple. Max looking up at a cataclysmic hell-storm circling overhead and saying "It'll be nice to get a little bit of rain."
