Mario Apparently Proposes to Peach in New Smash Bros Screen Sep 24th 2013, 13:17, by Keza MacDonald In what must surely be the biggest item of video game news of ALL TIME*, the official Smash Bros website has been updated with a screenshot of what looks like Mario placing a ring on Princess Peach's finger.   All is probably not as it seems, however. Series director Masahiro Sakurai posted the words "Who is the ring for?" on Miiverse, adding a layer of ambiguity to proceedings. Also, if you look closely, the ring is on the wrong finger of Peach's left hand, at least if Mushroom Kingdom marital traditions are the same as those of the real world.
