Totoro Celebrates 25 Years with New Books Sep 26th 2013, 01:18, by Max Nicholson Hayao Miyazaki's animated feature classic My Neighbor Totoro is turning 25 this year, and Studio Ghibli is celebrating with the debut of My Neighbor Totoro: The Novel (MSRP $17.99), and an updated edition of the My Neighbor Totoro Picture Book (MSRP $19.99). The hardcover novel tells the timeless tale is retold in book form by veteran children's book author Tsugiko Kubo, and features original watercolor illustrations by Miyazaki himself.
