Bryan Singer to Produce Monster Series Sep 21st 2013, 01:19, by Roth Cornet Bryan Singer (X-Men, X2, the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past) and his  Bad Hat Harry Prods. is partnering with Syfy for a modern monster/Kaiju series, Deadline reports. Entitled Creature at Bay, the drama takes place in the aftermath of a giant monster/Kaiju attack off the coast of Northern California. The story follows a middle-management Undersecretary from the California Emergency Management Agency who, under the world's watchful eyes, must lead the clean-up and restoration efforts in the small town that came under attack  -once the creature has been put down.
