YouTube Could Launch Subscription Music Service Oct 24th 2013, 23:11, by Matt Clark Over the past couple months, rumors began circulating about a YouTube paid-subscription music service. And frankly, well--it seems like every tech company is launching a music service these days, including Apple, Google, and Twitter.
