Angry Birds Star Wars Confirmed for Next-Gen, Sequel Headed to PC Oct 30th 2013, 01:12, by Lucy O'Brien Rovio has confirmed that Angry Birds Star Wars is headed to Xbox One and PlayStation 4, while an Angry Birds Star Wars 2 PC release has been rated by the Entertainment Software Rating Board. Rovio's next-gen announcement comes as no surprise - an ESRB listing for Angry Birds on the PS4 and Xbox One was released last week. According to the developer, Angry Birds Star Wars will release when the consoles arrive in November. "Angry Birds Star Wars brings together fans from multiple generations and across two widely loved fictional worlds," elaborated Jami Laes, Executive Vice President of Games at Rovio. "The success of Angry Birds Star Wars is a testament to the versatility of these iconic franchises.
