I may be mistaken, but I do feel as though they've tweaked Shaw's character somewhat this season compared to the handful of episodes she was in last season. Just somewhat. She's always been harsh and non-nonsense, but "Разговор"(Razgovor) took her to a whole new level of emotional obstacles. Her "people skills" have been an issue ever since she started working as a full member of the team back in the premiere, but this episode actually gave her a bit of an autistic spin. On the low, high-functioning end of the spectrum, of course. However, despite the fact that Shaw may have been rejiggered, "Разговор" was a truly excellent episode.
