The next generation of consoles is just over a month away, which is bonkers. Naturally, a deluge of things are going on as everything falls into place.
Looking way ahead, Far Cry 4 was casually name-dropped in an interview despite having not been announced. We expect to learn more about the probably-next-gen sequel soon. We're also expecting the Sleeping Dogs sequel to be a next-gen game as well. Oh, and Ubisoft revealed the present day stuff from Assassin's Creed 4, and Call of Duty: Ghosts will use dedicated servers on all platforms, not just PC, meaning console gamers should have greater stability online. Here at IGN, we also speculated about what would work in a next-gen port of GTA 5.
