Rapper Challenges Rockstar Over Tracks in GTA 5

Rapper Daz Dillinger has sent Rockstar a cease and desist letter, after accusing the developer of using his music in Grand Theft Auto V without paying him.

TMZ reports that Dillinger's tracks "C-Walk" and "Nothin' But the Cavi Hit" are included in the game, despite Daz having turned down Rockstar's "offensively low offer of $4,271.00 for both songs."

As a result, the ex-member of Dogg Pound has issued both Rockstar and publisher Take-Two an ultimatum: Make him a better offer, or recall and destroy all unsold copies of the game.

Speaking to TMZ, Dillinger said the move as about ""respecting an artist's work. Rockstar didn't do that here and I can't let them get away with it."
