Supernatural: "Slumber Party" Review

Wizard of Oz and Supernatural. It doesn't necessarily seem like a natural peanut butter and chocolate mix, but the mash-up completely worked. We've seen fairies and fairy tales in the show, but the Emerald City and Oz seemed out of reach to me for some reason. Yet every aspect of the familiar story they mentioned fit right into the hunter landscape. I am crazy about the idea of Dorothy being a hunter and L. Frank Baum leaving clues about fighting the Wicked Witch in his books.

Guest star Tiio Horn owned the role of Dorothy, too. She was smart and capable, and thank goodness they didn't dress her in any gingham or put her hair in pigtails. Watching someone equal to Charlie's level work with her was enjoyable.
