GL_ANN_2_CVR_haxxglpyy0_The final oversized chapter of Lights Out is a must-read for any Green Lantern fan. Not only does it resolve the conflict involving Relic and the light reservoir, it drastically alters the status quo of the Green Lantern franchise, setting the direction for all of the titles going forward from here. While Relic never quite redeems himself for being an underdeveloped villain, it was nonetheless thrilling watching Hal Jordan lead the other Lanterns in an emotional final charge.
