CBS Cancels We Are Men Oct 9th 2013, 23:59, by Roth Cornet CBS has cancelled freshman comedy We Are Men after only two episodes, Variety reports. The network will air repeats of The Big Bang Theory until Mike & Molly makes its return to the Monday lineup at 9 p.m. beginning Nov. 4. Meanwhile, 2 Broke Girls will slide into the 8:30 p.m. timeslot that We Are Men temporarily occupied. CBS' other freshman comedy, Mom will remain in the 9:30 p.m. slot. The network hopes that the new slate, with a How I Met Your Mother lead-in at 8 p.m., will keep audiences around long enough to give the struggling Jerry Bruckheimer event series Hostages starring Toni Collette and Dylan McDermott the best possible chance to build an audience in the 10 p.m. slot.
