Shane Meadows Talks This is England 90 Oct 21st 2013, 12:52, by Chris Tilly Shane Meadows' hugely entertaining documentary The Stone Roses: Made of Stone comes out on DVD and Blu-ray in the UK today, and we caught up with the writer-director to discuss his future projects. And it sounds like it will be a toss-up between TV follow-up This is England 90 and a film about legendary British cyclist Tom Simpson. "I'm going to be meeting up with co-writer Jack Thorne and some of the actors in the New Year and we're going to see what happens between that and the Tommy Simpson film," he explained. "This is England could possibly start happening next year, or Tommy Simpson. Nothing's set in stone yet."
