NYCC: The Following Gets Inside Our Heads Oct 14th 2013, 00:10, by Jim Vejvoda Stars Kevin Bacon, James Purefoy, Connie Nielsen, Shawn Ashmore and Valorie Curry were joined by creator Kevin Williamson and director Marcos Siega to promote their FOX series The Following at Sunday's New York Comic-Con. The panel included a presentation of footage giving a look at what's coming up on the show as well as a Q&A with fans. Judging from the promo screened at the start of Sunday's panel, the second season of The Following gets off to a truly grim start.   SPOILERS about Season 2 ahead! The footage begins with the ending of last season and Molly attacking Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon), stabbing him several times in the gut. As he lies there wounded, Claire walks in and is also brutally attacked by the knife-wielding  Molly. Ryan responds by beating Molly so severely her neck breaks. Continue reading…
