Has there been a better and more consistent book in Marvel's lineup than the current volume of Daredevil? Mark Waid took over the relaunched series in summer 2011, offering both readers and Matt Murdock a fresh start after years of progressively darker storylines. Thanks to Waid's smart, peppy writing and talented artists like Paolo Rivera and Chris Samnee, the series has become a model for many others to aspire to during the course of the Marvel NOW! relaunch.
Unfortunately, it looks like Daredevil may soon be following in the footsteps of recently canceled Marvel books like Fearless Defenders, Venom, and Scarlet Spider. Suspicions started earlier today when issue #32 was released and editor Steve Wacker had this to say in the letters page - "Javier
