The Last of Us is a masterpiece, but its most understated – and perhaps even underrated – aspect is its addictive multiplayer functionality.
After The Last of Us came out, I spent about 40 hours with its online component, but haven't played in recent months. Thankfully, I recently had a reason to jump back in. Naughty Dog and Sony gave me an exclusive first look at the upcoming map pack for the game, showing off four all-new locations to stalk your enemies through, in, and around.
These four maps – Bookstore, Hometown, Bus Depot, and Suburbs – will collectively launch on October 15th. These maps come bundled together for $9.99, though you can download them for free if you have a Season Pass. Unfortunately, the map pack doesn't come packing new Trophies.
