Zack Synder's Man of Steel is currently on track for a potential $100 million debut at the U.S. box office.
Variety reports that early buzz on Warner Bros.' Superman pic has been strong, and the studio is giving it all they've got to promote and market the film. (Super Bacon Cheeseburger, anyone?) WB execs predict their superhero blockbuster will earn north of $300 million domestically. Word of mouth will hopefully strengthen those numbers, along with the review embargo lifting on June 10 at 8pm PT -- the same night as the film's world premiere in New York.
