For those who didn't hear, "Ceuf" was filmed as the fourth episode of Hannibal, but pulled from NBC's schedule, due to concerns over the content. While the Boston bombings were said to be the final reason for pulling it, it seems it was the horrific school shooting in Newton, CT (which occurred after this episode was filmed) that first created concern over airing "Ceuf," which centers on children and violence. Bryan Fuller and NBC did put excerpts from the episode up as webisodes, while we learned it would still air in its entirety overseas. And now, NBC have (quietly) put "Ceuf" up on iTunes, hence this review.
