The Tomorrow People: Life with Superpowers Oct 8th 2013, 16:06, by Eric Goldman A new version of the 1970s British series of the same name (there was also a version in the 1990s on Nickelodeon), The Tomorrow People debuts Wednesday night on The CW. Robbie Amell stars as Stephen, a high school student who discovers he is one of a special group of humans with amazing abilities. While a trio with similar powers attempts to help him, Stephen also finds himself the newest target of a government task force who have their own intentions -- and beliefs about -- The Tomorrow People. I spoke to Amell about his new show and the joys of playing a superhero, along with what it's like to now be starring in a show airing back to back with Arrow, which happens to star his cousin, Stephen Amell.
