The new genre series Hemlock Grove, from executive producer Eli Roth, is set to unveil all 13 episodes on Netflix on April 19.
Based on the critically-acclaimed novel by Brian McGreevy, Hemlock Grove is a supernatural mystery set in a ravaged Pennsylvania steel town. "The series is kicked off when a young high school girl is murdered in Hemlock Grove," McGreevy, who adapted his own book for the series, said at this weeks TCA (television critics association) tour. It then becomes "an assembly of very off characters harboring an agenda, or a secret. And at the same time, a gypsy kid moves to town and becomes friends with a boy from the wealthy family who runs the town. So it's two sides of the track."
