WTF Does "WTF Certified" Mean at DC Comics? Jan 30th 2013, 18:54 Back when we ran DC's April 2013 solicitations, we found out that the publisher would be offering some hefty fold-out covers for that month's releases. In addition, according to BuzzFeed, DC will also be branding their books with a "WTF Certified" moniker, indicating some truly earth-shattering events to come.
