Hit movies are accused of "paying homage to" (or outright stealing from) other works all the time, but every now and then there are examples that are striking enough to make you take them a bit more seriously.
Cracked points out some pretty close similarities between blockbusters Avatar and Ted and two less well known comic book series, going so far as to deem them "shameless ripoffs."
