Marvel Confirms It Has Daredevil Movie Rights Apr 23rd 2013, 23:57 Just in case anyone thought 20th Century Fox still had the screen rights to Daredevil, well, don't worry. They don't. At a press conference this week for Iron Man 3, Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige was asked point blank if Marvel now had the Daredevil rights back in their possession and he answered simply, "Yes." Fox had been under the gun to make another Daredevil movie before October 10, 2012 or risk seeing the rights to the character revert back to Marvel. Now we know for a fact that they have.
