Samsung Galaxy Mega Available at AT&T August 23 Aug 19th 2013, 18:04, by Matt Clark Concerns over Android hardware fragmentation notwithstanding, the Samsung Galaxy Mega is a smartphone for people who need a handset that's nearly the size of a tablet. As reported by Engadget, the 6.3-inch device will be available from AT&T on August 23 for $150 with a two-year contract. Samsung also announced Galaxy Mega availability from Sprint and US Cellular, though there was no specific mention of price or release date yet.
