NHL 14 Not Headed To Xbox One, PlayStation 4 May 22nd 2013, 20:42 EA Sports has confirmed that there will not be a next-gen version of NHL 14 in 2013. In a statement provided to IGN, an EA Sports representative explained "NHL 14 will not be available for Xbox One or PlayStation 4 this year. Our team is laser-focused on delivering the greatest hockey experience to-date on the Xbox 360 and PS3, grounded in the speed, skill, and aggression of the sport. We look forward to developing a best-in-class hockey experience for new platforms in the future." During yesterday's Xbox One announcement, EA announced four next-gen sports titles for Xbox One including UFC, FIFA 14, Madden 25 and NBA Live 14.
