Glenn Close Joins Guardians of the Galaxy Cast May 30th 2013, 00:01 Damages and Fatal Attraction star Glenn Close has reportedly joined the cast of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Deadline reports that Close "is playing a leadership role in Nova Corp, the intergalactic space patrol. ... Close's role would be the closest thing to the one that Samuel L. Jackson plays in Marvel's Avengers movie." This could be the same role that Alan Rickman, Ken Watanabe and Hugh Laurie were recently linked with.
