Blizzard has unveiled Adventure Mode for Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. Adventure mode is the "endgame for everyone," which takes advantage of various aspects of Diablo III Blizzard didn't take complete advantage of during the campaign. The mentality is that you can "go anywhere, slay anything" in a mode that better leverages the randomization of enemy spawning and dungeon layouts, now with added quests.
Bounties in Adventure Mode assign you 25 tasks, five for each of Reaper of Souls' acts, that have you hunting unique enemies, killing bosses, clearing dungeons, and finishing other events, like the Last Stand of the Ancients quest. You can explore any act, any waypoint, at any time, while exploring Nephelem Rifts -- areas which throw modified enemies into new randomized dungeons in locations you'd normally never see them.
