Murphy Joins Dark Knight DP's Transcendence Apr 16th 2013, 00:53 Add Cillian Murphy to the list of talent joining Wally Pfister's Transcendence, which already has Johnny Depp, Paul Bettany, Kate Mara, Rebecca Hall and Morgan Freeman onboard. Murphy's involvement isn't too surprising. The actor played Dr. Jonathan Crane (aka Scarecrow) in Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy, all of which were shot by Pfister.
