I hope Trinity War will make much better use of the concept of clashing Justice League teams, because Justice League Dark failed to do anything interesting with Flash's guest role in this three-issue arc. Flash's role is the weak point in an otherwise enjoyable conflict between the League and Doctor Destiny. He adds little to the story apart from offering convenient plot resolutions whenever his vibrational powers come into play. Moreover, Flash's constant "I can't believe I'm encountering actual magic" shtick comes across as very forced and overplayed.
