Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix Heading West Feb 25th 2013, 14:20 Square Enix has confirmed that Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix will be released in North America and Europe this autumn. The game, which was first announced at last year's TGS, is set to bundle together the original Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories, with trophy support for both. While we don't have a firm release date, we do know that the game will be exclusively available on PlayStation 3.
