Insomniac Games has trademarked the title Sunset Overdrive. According to a filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Sunset Overdrive consists of "entertainment services, namely, providing an on-line computer game."
As sleuths on the NeoGAF forums point out, sunsetoverdrive.com is currently registered to Ryan Schneider, which is also the name of the director of marketing at Insomniac.
