Valkyrie Assembles the Fearless Defenders Jan 7th 2013, 23:45 The Defenders are like the Rodney Dangerfield of Marvel's superhero teams. They never get no respect. Matt Fraction introduced most recent incarnation of the team in his Defenders series, but it was one of several books to end in advance of Marvel NOW! Luckily, the Defenders are coming back in 2013, albeit in a drastically altered form. Today's Next Big Thing press call focused on The Fearless Defenders, the new ongoing series from writer Cullen Bunn and artist Will Sliney.
