The Clone Wars: "Eminence" Review Jan 19th 2013, 16:12 Note: Full spoilers for the episode follow. Look, this wasn't the deepest or most emotional Clone Wars story. There wasn't a lot of nuance to it and it really was all set up, as Darth Maul and Pre Vizsla made a mutually beneficial partnership that neither intended to honor in the long run. But two things helped it. One, it was on the heels of the WAC/Gascon storyline I think most fans are glad to be done with. And two, it certainly delivered a whole lot of cool packed into 22 minutes. You could argue it was the ultimate fan service storyline. Darth Maul! Savage Opress! Death Watch! Black Sun! Mustafar! Jabba!
