The ABCs of Death is an interesting experiment in film. Inspired by an educational book for children, 26 filmmakers were each asked to craft a short movie that involves death. The helmers selected their own letter, and aside from budgetary and run-time constraints, had free reign to shoot whatever their heart desired.

The project is the bizarre brainchild of producers Ant Timpson and Tim League, and you'll know some of the filmmakers, with the directors behind the likes of Kill List, A Serbian Film, Hobo with a Shotgun, Timecrimes, Red White & Blue and Doghouse all contributing segments. Others are less well know, with a handful of helmers making their debuts on the project.
