Arbitrator: Nintendo Has No Right to WiiU.com Jul 1st 2013, 15:27 Did you know that WiiU.com doesn't belong to Nintendo? It's true. The WHOIS for the site shows a group in Massachusetts as the owner, which is why Nintendo filed a suit at the World Intellectual Property Organization to try and get it back. As detailed on Fusible, WIPO has denied the complaint. WiiU.com "will stay with its current owner," according to the site. That owner isn't affiliated with Nintendo.
