Comic-Con: Beware the Batman Producers on Their Approach Jul 22nd 2013, 05:01 Beware the Batman recently premiered on the DC Nation block, and it presents a new take on the superhero. Voice actors Anthony Ruivivar (Batman) and J.B. Blanc (Alfred) joined producers Glen Murakami and Mitch Watson at Comic-Con to screen a new episode and talk about the new perspective on the character. The episode they screened, "Broken," explored the beginnings of the Humpty Dumpty story and Batman's first encounter with the character. They want to put a fresh spin on all of the characters they bring into the series, and this episode was a shining example. Their Humpty Dumpty is maniacal and scary and his voice will give you chills. The episode also showcased the series' sleek CGI style and noir-like vibe. Continue reading…
