Oliver Queen's new status quo continues as he trots the globe searching for the meaning of his drug induced visions. This issue, more than previous ones, feels like a new beginning, the first adventure now that the character's new direction has been firmly established. There's a lot of cool stuff in these pages, plenty of action and a wee bit of melodrama to give the story some weight. This may not be the best book DC is putting out, but it is certainly one of the better ones by a wide margin.
