For years, Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed series has been known for its captivating and visceral music. Although composer Winifred Phillips is new to the franchise, her work in Assassin's Creed III: Liberation stands out as a truly unique score that captures the essence of 18th century New Orleans, while also adding a modern flair. In November, she even won a Hollywood Music in Media Award for her music in the game.
IGN had a chance to interview Phillips and talk about her experience with Assassin's Creed, as well as her history as a video game composer.
