Daredevil #21 Review

The best moment of this issue happens on the last page. It's a moment that involves another character and it really only pays off if you've been following the events of that character's series. If you have been following, or at least have basic knowledge of what's going on, it pays off big time. The moment is funny and telling. It's good stuff, but we all knew that. After all, this series is still in the hands of IGN Writer of the Year Mark Waid and superstar artist Chris Samnee. Of course it's good.

Waid gives us the end of Daredevil's battle with Coyote and The Spot. Of course, all the loose ends aren't tied up, and it's still not clear who is after Matt Murdock. As usual, the characters are amazing, the dialogue is pitch perfect, and the story is fun and exciting. Daredevil's life seems to have taken a darker turn, but it still has a light-hearted, adventurous tone.
