What is Disney's Star Wars: Orange Harvest Project?

The Journey Into Imagineering section at this weekend's D23 Expo is a very popular part of the Disney convention, as it explores all that goes into designing the attractions and sights at Disney's Parks and Resorts. But while Disney park aficionados like me love to see a lot of looks at the history of the parks, there are also some tantalizing hints at the future.

Since Disney bought Lucasfilm last year, Disney has made no official announcements about any plans for Star Wars-related attractions besides the pre-existing Star Tours. But D23 is the first acknowledgement that yes, something is in the works.

A series of crates are marked with several references to Star Wars – poor C-3P0 seems to be in an upside down crate (though the crafty R2-D2 has broken out of his) while some blue milk has spilled out of another. The only name given to all of this? Orange Harvest, a clear nod to the code name Return of the Jedi used while in production, Blue Harvest. They even have fun with the "Horror beyond imagination" tagline Blue Harvest used with their own "Speculation beyond imagination" line.
