Filmmakers Phil Lord and Chris Miller have covered a broad range of comedy across their work, from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs to 21 Jumps Street. Now, the directors are steeped in a world of bricks and mini-figs as they continue work on their latest feature project LEGO: Piece of Resistance.
Collider recently spoke with LEGO producer Dan Lin about the animated film. "If you know
work... they are funny guys, they are quirky guys," he said. "This is very specific to their tone and they've created a whole new set of original characters that no one's seen before.
