The Final Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. is Cast Dec 19th 2012, 21:19 Actress Chloe Bennet has joined the cast of Joss Whedon's S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot for ABC, THR reports. Bennet's most notable credit to date is on the network's country music-themed nighttime soap Nashville, where she plays Hailey, a record company assistant. On S.H.I.E.L.D. she will play Skye, a woman "obsessed with superhero culture and the shadow organizations that exist within it." Her character is reportedly "edgy," "confident" and "unflappable."
