Eric Nylund, who wrote a series of Halo novels, including the outstanding Fall of Reach, has joined Amazon Game Studios as the director of narrative design. Couchcampus spotted the announcement on Nylund's Facebook page, where he stated he "can't talk about specifics, but I wouldn't be there unless something cool was brewing."
Amazon Game Studios' only title thus far is Air Patriots, a tower defense game. Amazon is currently hiring numerous positions on its game development side, and recently opened its own digital games store.
