The Division Will Get Exclusive Xbox One Content Aug 20th 2013, 10:19, by Colin Moriarty Today at Microsoft's Gamescom showcase, the company confirmed that the Xbox One iteration of Tom Clancy's The Division will be getting exclusive content. Unfortunately, Microsoft didn't elaborate on what that exclusive content will be, apart from The Division's already-known Smartglass functionality. As was the case with The Division at E3, there was a focus on Smartglass, Microsoft's tablet companion primarily geared towards Xbox. As we already knew, players on Smartglass can join games and assist a squad, helping to change the outcome of a match. With a top-down, RTS-like view on Smartglass, players can receive buffs, highlight opponents on the map, send in air strikes, and more. Continue reading…
