Fans of portable digital downloads were hit with a tidal wave of new announcements during this morning's new Nintendo Direct video presentation – so many that you may have even missed a few. But no worries! We've collected each and every piece of breaking news right here. Let's dive in.

The sensational-looking rhythm-based platformer developed by Game Freak finally has a specific launch date – it'll be coming to the 3DS eShop on March 28. You'll be able to start running and jumping to the beat two weeks earlier than that, though, as the game is also getting a free demo – and that will be available on March 14. Exactly one month away! Happy Valentine's, rhythm fans.

Three all-new game announcements followed immediately after the HarmoKnight news, and first among the trio was Kersploosh!. This is a game that looks a bit like Ketzal's Corridors, in that you're once again challenged to direct the movements of an object hurtling fast through a corridor – but instead of controlling Tetris-like blocks you're simply maneuvering a rock. A falling rock. A falling rock that's been tossed into a well. Perhaps this is some kind of magic rock, and a wish is granted if it hits the water below? We won't have to wait too long to find out more, as Kersploosh! is launching in the 3DS eShop on March 7.
