And so the best Justice League story since the start of the New 52 comes to a blockbuster conclusion. The final confrontation between Aquaman and his brother Ocean Master goes down with all the emotional shouting and water splashing you'd expect, and then writer Geoff Johns delivers a more thoughtful and ironic ending than anyone could have asked for. Aquaman does a fine job of bearing the weight of this crossover event, but the best aspect of this final issue is the setup and mystery-building that Johns works in along the way.
