Captain America #4 Review Feb 21st 2013, 06:21 Captain America #4 is the moment when everything clicks. The new, crazy science fiction direction of Captain America has been a good time, but with this issue, it finally feels like it's nestled into a proper groove. The balance of flashbacks to Cap's youth and present day Dimension Z madness is done better here than any of the previous issues.
